Forgiveness: One Of The Greatest Anti-Aging Secrets

I wanted to share a quick story with you about why I believe one of the greatest anti-wrinkle, anti-aging secret is the act of forgiveness. Everyone has people they need to forgive, right? But it can be such a difficult thing to do and we know it doesn’t just happen overnight.

Over the years, I myself, have had some extreme hurts to let go of and forgive. I was miserable until I forgave, and then the weight of the world was lifted. I was able to move forward and live a happier life.

But, these days, “an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth” seem to be the social operating norm. Forgiveness seems to be something that is just not an option.
