Returns, Refunds, And Shipping Policies

RETURNS POLICY:

Magnolia Skin Essentials will accept the return of goods damaged in the shipping process or otherwise received in defective condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be made by sending a Return Request by email, quoting invoice number and reasons for the return. Please also include any photos that provide proof of defectiveness. Please allow 7 days for refund. Send your Return Request to team@magnoliaskinessentials.com.

DELIVERY POLICY:

All items are made to order, with the exception of bar soaps which are made 4 weeks in advance. For bar soap orders, we try to keep as much inventory in stock as possible. If there is not enough inventory to complete your order, the delay is typically 2 - 4 weeks to allow freshly made soap to cure.

For non-bar soap orders, please allow at least 1-2 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Large orders may require more time.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are charged shipping at the normal rates offered by USPS and UPS. Periodically, we offer free shipping specials. There is no delivery fee for local orders within 20 miles.
