BEST TONER EVER!

This is the BEST toner I've ever used and beleive me, I've tried several. I'll use it as long as it's available! I't so refreshing and I absolutely love the scent! Also, I wash my face with the Lemongrass bar. It hydrates my skin and makes my face feel soft!
